"I often have a snack at around 3pm while I'm at the office as a pick me up to get me through the rest of the day. Today, I tried the JigsawBar. I think its safe to say that I've tasted many different nutrition bars, and the JigsawBar is the best I've ever tasted. I tried the chocolate flavored bar but my coworkers tried the coconut and said that those were delicious!
The best thing about them is that they are 180 calories (hello, new year's resolution!). They are so healthy too! These would be great to bring along on a hike or a bike ride. They definitely satistfied my snack craving. I'm glad I tried this and I'm going to make sure to tell my brother about it (who is a nutrition bar fanatic)."

"Loved the Coconut Almond bars, but the chocolate bars were hard to finish. However, they do taste better than other protein bars I've tried. I let a friend try both of them and she gagged....but she hadn't tried anything like it before."

"I actually came to Jigsaw for a different product and received two bars in my order. I not only tried them but I like both of them and I am getting ready to place an order for them! There are only two flavors chocolate and coconut with the cholocate bar coming in first as I am a huge dark chocolate fan and it tasted like dark chocolate! AND a big plus is I can not consume soy products because of thyroid issues (it counteracts my thyroid medication) and these bars are soy free! Those of you with soy allergies will rejoice over these bars! I also found these to not only be a great snack but can be a meal substitute as well! I would like to see more flavors Please!"

"I wasn't sure at first because most protein bars have a negative side effect. I use these bars most days but especially when driving moterate distances (2-700 miles in a day) and have found that they keep me satisfied and alert. I would encourage others to try them."

Pros: No SOY! I have thyroid issues and cannot have ANY soy. All other bars have it! Cons: A bit pricey, but considering the quality is good, I'm ok w/that.
"I searched HIGH and LOW for a protein bar with no SOY in it at all, and was so happy to find these! I am also allergic to eggs so am very glad it's only high quality whey protein in these bars. I tried both the chocolate and coconut and preferred the coconut. The chocolate wasn't sweet enough for my taste, but I do have a big sweet tooth - so that might just be me!"

"I love these new bars. Havig a gluten allergy can be hard at times when you are looking for a quick snack or something on the go, snack bars are hard to come by. I know where I live I don't have a good health food store and normal stores don't always carry gluten free items. So with that said, I love these and I'm glad to have something quick to grab incase I didn't get breakfast one morning!"

"I was excited to get my first box in the mail. It was also nice to see the extra box for free and two additional samples. Unfortunately, about an hour after I ate the first one I experienced terrible gas. That was absolutely no fun for me or my family! I tried another the next day. The same thing happened. I'm sure it's from the malitol because I've eaten plenty of Xylotol before this. Maybe stevia would be the answer as another reviewer has mentioned."

"I bought these bars after reading the statement that "Jigsaw Bars Contain No Gluten, Lactose, Soy Protein, or Casein", and that they were "Perfect for your immune system and for sensitive stomachs".
Yay! A yummy, nutritious, bar I can eat. (I am wheat and lactose intolerant). I was so wrong. I wish I stopped eating them when I first started getting symptoms of stomach discomfort, but thought perhaps it was the stress of the day, as they were gluten casein and lactose free!
However they contain Xylitol and Maltitol Syrup, sugar alcohols, as well as milk products. I was informed by the lovely man that I spoke to from customer service that sugar alcohols adversely affects about 10% of Jigsaw's customers. I'd say that's probably around the percentage of their customers who have "sensitive stomachs".
Anyway, I've experienced a lot of bloating, gas, stomach pain and twisting, nausea, heartburn and indigestion ever since. It is now 7 days since I ate my first bar and 5 days since my last.
I apreciate what the manufacturers of these bars are trying to do, but perhaps some agave sweetner or stevia would make that other 10% of the population happy.
I have since found lots of interesting information about Malitol online and it's affect on blood sugar, despite it being sugar-free, and adverse affect on many people digestive systems.
I'm sorry the bars weren't as great for me as everyone else."

I absolutely love these bars. I've polished off my first two boxes and will re-order as soon as I'm finished with this review.
I've had a bunch of friends try them, and they've all liked them. But I must stand up and admit that I'm absolutely addicted to them. They taste SO DARN GOOD!
My decision to buy was motivated mostly by their positioning against soy and their effective messages around whey, its relative digestibility, nutritional value, and lack of lactose.
I eat a lot of food bars, and the Jigsaw bars are relatively expensive. But i thought I'd give them a try.
I LOVE THEM. More than any other food bar, period, end of story. And they are everything they say they are: even my sensitive digestive system processes them efficiently.
Jigsaw, you've got a customer for life."

"When I am really dragging energy wise, I will eat a JigsawBar and it picks me up and helps me get back on track. I don't feel guilty at all about fueling up this way and yet it satisfies my desire for something sweet. Also, since I am on a gluten free diet, I can keep a bar in my purse for situations where it may be difficult to keep on a gluten free diet - especially when travelling. I do think that this is a very good product and have used it for about 2 months."

"A friend brought a bar for each of us in our golf foursome. I always try to have something at the "turn" for energy. The Jigsaw Chocolate bar really did the trick. I didn't feel tired after playing 18 holes of golf and played pretty well to boot. That's when I ordered four dozen bars for myself. I would recommend that golfers give it a try. By the way, I'm 65 years old. Keeping in shape is part of my life-style including having a good diet."

"I have been searching for years for an energy bar that I can use on the golf course or as a snack. The Jigsaw Bar is the first one I have found that both tastes good and does not give me a sugar reaction. Both flavors are good, but I especially like the Cocunut Almond flavor."
