Pros: These products do what they claim. Very tasty; a good replacement for sugar.

"My teeth have been very sensitive for some time. I recently started using granulated xylitol because I wanted cocoa, can't have sugar, and don't like the standard sweetners. The taste is cleaner and lighter than sugar, there is no after taste. And, much to my surprise, my teeth are much less sensitive than they were."
