Pros: Super easy health maintenance. Began to notice results after couple of weeks. Cons: It took me a while to get used to the Fishy aftertaste.

Since I began taking the fish oil with Omega 3 I have noticed my acne problems have lessened & pretty much cleared up. That alone is worth it. Secondly my hands were getting pretty painful "joint pain, stiffness"etc. My hands are back to normal with no stiffness. Recently & unfortunately My father became very ill and I came off my regimin.
