"I take fish oil because I don't eat fish. These capsules give me the omega-3's I need! I was previously taking a much more expensive brand, but this one does the job just as well, I have found."

Pros: Super easy health maintenance. Began to notice results after couple of weeks. Cons: It took me a while to get used to the Fishy aftertaste.
"I received a health screening at work, the lady there said that I was just on the edge for my good & bad cholesterols. She recommended fish oil with Omega 3 & coQ10. Since I began taking the fish oil with Omega 3 I have noticed my acne problems have lessened & pretty much cleared up. That alone is worth it. Secondly my hands were getting pretty painful "joint pain, stiffness"etc. My hands are back to normal with no stiffness. Recently & unfortunately My father became very ill and I came off my regimin. My acne & joint stiffness came back. Once I got back into taking my supplements everything cleared up again. Thank you for your product & informative web site. It makes a difference."

"I have tried other Omega 3 oil capsules and they all left awful fishy after tastes in my mouth. Not only do I not get that with these fish oil capsules, I also compared the actual content and found these to have more pure Omega 3 oil per capsule. I feel I get a far superior produce from Jigsaw. They are doing exactly what I doctor and I had hoped they would for me. I could not be happier with the quality, service and results I have recieved from this product and this company! "I was reluctant to try liquid fish oil after being a fan of the capsules for years. I instinctively wanted to hold my nose with the first dose but didn't. To my surprise, it was a very pleasant taste and texture. I'd highly recommend Jigsaw's liquid fish oil to anyone considering it. Don't be scared, it's good!"
