"Within 10 days of using this toothpaste, my gum inflammation was gone. I'd had severe inflammation in the gums surrounding a molar for over a year...I'd tried different flosses, rinses, natural toothpaste, vitamin C, hydrogen peroxide, everything you could imagine. Nothing helped. I read the site about Xylitol, ordered the toothpaste, and my mouth is back to normal. My gums no longer bleed when I floss, and it doesn't hurt any more. I highly recommend this toothpaste to anyone...I've even switched my kids to it. Leaves my whole mouth feeling clean...great taste!"

"As to my level of medical/health knowledge, I have a graduate degree, but not in health-related sciences. I have used both Spry Peppermint and Spry Berry Mints for approximately a year. I'm not certain that they help guard against tooth and gum damage, but I am certain that they provide tasty and sugar free treats in between meals. They also make me more conscious of what I put in my mouth both before and afterward. That's a good thing."

"I have been using this rinse for about 10 days and it is great. It has a refreshing flavor and doesn't have the alcohol content and dyes in other products. I use it daily when I brush and floss and it leaves my teeth feeling as if I just left the dentist. I have been looking for an alternative to my old mouthwash and now I've found it!"

"Nerve damage in my throat following a tonsillectomy has left me with a nearly constant, phantom bitter taste in my mouth. I have found that chewing mint-flavored gum helps alleviate this.
Because I was chewing so much gum, I was concerned about the sweetners used in most gums - particularly aspartame which I try to avoid. But today, even non-sugarless gums have aspartame rather than just good 'ol refined sugar (if you don't believe me...read the labels...I defy you to find gum anymore with JUST sugar in it...they all have aspartame as well).
Finding nothing in the sugarless realm that met with my approval, I wasn't too thrilled about sugared gum either. Obviously I didn't like the idea of constantly bathing my teeth in sugar. Bottom line: neither sugared nor sugarless gums were a good option for me.
Then someone told me about Xylitol gum and I looked it up on the web. Sounded like the perfect solution for me and I researched a few brands. Spry seemed like the best, so then I turned my attention to finding the best price on Spry and Jigsaw was the winner. Also, I preferred to buy it in a large tub so it would last me 6 months or so, and Jigsaw was one of the few companies I could find that sold it in the large tubs.
I love the gum. It tastes good and it appears that Xylitol is not only non-detrimental, it is actually beneficial for dental health.
I love the gum, and I love the prices/selection that Jigsaw offers.
However, one thing you will notice about this gum: because it uses natural ingredients, you can't chew it all day. It eventually disintigrates, like the old-fashioned gum I remember as a kid. But to me, that's a plus...not a minus. I don't know what additives or chemicals they put in "conventional" gum nowdays to give it a ridiculous chewing half life of like...months...but that doesn't seem normal to me. The Spry gum lasts about an hour, which is plenty long enough for me."

"Spry Dental Gum, is without doubt the most effective dentifrice I have ever used. I am a surveyor and and in the field a lot so I do not have the luxury of brushing or flossing my teeth during the day.
