"As a recent graduate of Naturopathic and Holistic Medicine, I have done a lot of research on this stuff! There are so many health benefits to this stuff, not just from internal consumption, but from topical application as well. Being of partial Asian descent on my mothers side, I have been using Coconut oil on my skin and in my hair since I was very young. Coconut milk, flakes and creams as well as fresh coconut have always been a staple of my diet. However the coconut milks we buy in stores are NOT the same nutrionally and contain many other ingredients that are not healthy. I love this stuff, because i can make my own creams and milks with it, as well as use it as a replacement oil. I recently convinced my very Western father, who also happens to be a Medical Doctor to give it a try for his low energy levels. Not only has his energy increased, but his once thinning hair is thickening, and he rarely is troubled now by his arthritis. :)"

"I first started taking the coconut oil for my health and to take off a few pounds. Most sites tell you to take it before meals to lose weight. If I anaged to swallow it my stomach would be sick WELL not my idea of how to lose weight or get healthy. Fortunately I found your site and decided to give it another try. Here’s what I do. I eat it on my Ezekiel bread and it taste so good. It has a delicate smooth taste and a light fragrance of coconut. Best of all it does not make me sick. I have only had it for two days and I noticed I am not even hungry after eating just one slice of Ezekiel bread spread with your coconut oil. It was an expensive search to find a coconut oil that follows through on it’s promises. Thank you Jigsaw. I plan to be a long time customer."

Pros: Tastes great, keeps forever, and very healthy. Cons: The ONLY negative is that is becomes solid during winter months.
"I've been using coconut oil for about 2 yrs now. I used to buy pint jars, but now I buy it by the gallon! Much cheaper this way when you use a lot of it! It's more expensive than the usual "store bought oils", but it keeps forever and it's FAR more healthy for the body!
I've read the other reviews, and I agree that for cooking purposes, it can be used for almost anything. I also use olive oil and butter for certain things, but prefer using coconut oil for baking, stir-fry, and homemade granola...and even sometimes for frying fish. It has such a nice light flavor that really compliments most foods. I also use it to "grease" baking pans. (no longer use any crisco or other oils)
I have at times used it as a skin moisturizer, and it works very well. ....smells nice too! But living in Florida, we don't need moisturizers very often.
Another GREAT thing about coconut oil is that it never goes bad...ever! You never need to worry if it's "OK" to use.
I'm extremely happy with this product, as well the wonderful service provided by Jigsaw. Shipping is always very fast, great communication, and customer service is second to none! Great product from a top notch company!!!"

"I have been using Jigsaw Health's centrifuge coconut oil for a year now, and it is wonderful. It is soft and creamy in texture, and has a light coconut scent and flavor.
I have used it in my cooking and on my skin, with wonderful results.
It tastes excellent in baked goods, but isn't overbearing or even distinguishable to the taste. My daughter, who doesn't like the taste of coconut, isn't bothered by it in my cooking.
My son and I have dry skin and we apply it generously to our skin after bathing, and it keeps our skin healthy and soft. It isn't greasy, like other oils, and quickly absorbs into the skin. It's a natural alternative to many other lotions that have harsh chemicals or additives that can, over time, damage your skins naturally ability to create it's own moisture.

"This was my first order from Jigsaw and I was very pleased with them and their shipping prices. The product is great. I would not recommend putting it in the refrigerator as it becomes wax like. "I had tried several different fermented coconut oils and they were very good but I liked the idea of a "sweeter, creamier taste", so fortunately I decided to try it. It is fantastic on the skin and face and it tastes great! When it is in the "solid but soft" state, (70 to 75 degrees), it has an incredibly smooth consistency that just does not compare to the fermented oil. It is well worth the extra cost."

"Not only is VCO good for you but you can use it for anything! My husband and I have been using it for about a year. We use it for a variety of things such as: popcorn, smoothies, to saute vegetables.... For popcorn, instead of using butter, we melt some VCO and pour that over our popcorn. I've also found it useful for baking! Instead of using the butter in recipes, I use VCO (I put a little less than the recipe calls for). This is a wonderful product and the health benefits are numerous! Also, jigsawhealth is the place to buy it if you are looking for a good price. The VCO is an excellent product if you are looking for something to substitute your butter intake. Try some, you won't regret it."
