"I have ordered the mixed nuts and almonds. They taste great!! After eating them you will realize how rancid tasting all the nuts you buy at the store are. And the surprising thing is they stay fresh! I am a nurse and need to keep something to eat with me all the time since I work long hours and miss meals. "The quality of Jigsaw's sprouted organic pistachios was amazing. As someone who eats plenty of pistachios, I was expecting not to notice much of a difference, but there was something about the Jigsaw pistachios that I really liked. Was it the sprouting process? I'm not sure.
But these are a must-try for someone considering the nuts that Jigsaw offers. If you like pistachios, these sprouted organic pistachios were a big hit for my family, and I bet they'll win you points with yours, too."

"I am truly a "nut" about great nuts. And the sprouted nuts from Jigsaw are absoutely the most outrageous nuts I have ever eaten. I tried so hard to restrain myself from eating more than a serving. However I wasn't able to keep my resolve to eat only a serving. The good news is the fat content is low and the processing made them easy to digest. I would look forward to my alloted amount each day, the sadest day was when the bag was empty. Thanks Jigsaw for a truly wonderful. simply wholesome and delicious snack. If I ever get stranded on an Island somewhere and could have my wish for one thing to eat, it would be these delicious sprouted nuts."

"I love nuts and seeds. I used to eat raw nuts and seeds, but usually felt nauseous afterwards. Then I learned how phytic acid and other enzyme inhibitors in the nuts and seeds block the absorption of nutrients. Soaking them removes these enzyme inhibitors making these nutrient-dense foods easy to digest and absorb. They are great for between meal snacks. They contain protein, carbohydrates, and fat which is the healthy way to snack! These are expensive but you won’t believe the difference in taste and enjoyment. They are one of the few “health” foods my picky kids said WOW to. They could immediately tell the difference. Try them!"

"I've tried the sprouted cashews and walnuts as well as the pistachios and I love all three! I'm a pistachios kind of gal so I'd definitely call myself a connoisseur when it comes to those. The fact that they are already shelled is great..makes it easy to grab a handful to snack on. Also, they are not doused in salt so they still maintain their healthy attributes. They are organic...even better. Compared to other organic nuts that I've had in the past these by far taste the best. I feel healthy eating them. They are a much better alternative to salted nuts or chips but still satisfy that craving.
My father loves pistachios but needs to watch his diet...I'm going to buy him a bag of these as a stocking stuffer!"

"I just received my shipment of Pistachios and I have to say they are fantastic. Much more flavorful then traditional pistachios. I always felt like the ones you find in the stores leave a strange after taste. Not so with the Jigsaw Health Pistachios. I also love that I don't need to play around with the shells.
