Pros: Very effective
Cons: Jigsaw is no longer carrying it

"Since I started taking it a few months ago, the numbness and tingling I have had in my hands and face since a 2003 collision have almost disappeared. I can't tell yet if it's helping my foot drop, but I'm going to continue to take it regardless because I feel so much better than I used to."

Pros: Works Great!!!

Pros: Nice, small, easy pills that dissolve under tongue.

Pros: Easy for body to make use of, energy boosting
Cons: Need larger quantity

"My kids have autism this is the least expensive most effective form of b-12 shy of giving them b-12 shots. One is getting shots and the other two are scared of needles, so this product and it's quality are Ideal. The price you can't beat."
