Pros: Nourishes you on so many levels

"I have used flax as a dietary supplement for over a year now. I credit flax for my still being around. I underwent angiography and was found to have massive blockages in the pulmonary veins of the heart. Substantial Blockages that most assuredly would have ended my life. But there was no heart attack, and absolutely no damage to the heart muscle could be detected. although the pain was terrible. The Docs were amazed...so was I. The only thing I had changed that previous 6 months was the flax."

"This is my first time using flax seed as a fiber supplement. I'm very impressed with the results. It's very convenient to use in multiple dishes. I love it in my yogurt in the morning. And I've been able to add it too many of my dinners so my family can enjoy it as well."

"Good stuff. I've been using flax seed for 10 years and so much of it has a rather dry smell to it which I've gradually learned means that its becoming stale. The Jigsaw product has a nice, nutty, fresh smell and equally good taste to it. It's the freshest product I've found and will buy it again when needed."
