"My daughter and I used these sticks in several science fair experiments over the past three years as well as measuring our general alkalinity from time to time. They are easy to use and accurate."

"When I am really sick the pH of my saliva is always very acidic. As I gradually get well my pH gradually rises towards neutral to alkaline. Some make a bigger deal out of Acid/Alkaline balance than I think the research actually suggests. Basically I think it simply shows that you are mineral deficient. A position that many people with a chronic condition find themselves in for a variety of reasons! It can be very encouraging as you see your pH respond to things you are doing AND you start feeling better as well."
