"Contrary to Jigsaw's advertising, it acted like all the other multi-B's I've taken; it strongly discolored my urine and went through my system on short notice. It did not sit well with my stomach either. Note: this is the only Jigsaw's product that did not meet my expectation."

"I am on my second bottle of this product. I purchased this product primarily to increase my energy and mental alertness while maintaining an adequate level of B12. I purchased this product because I was only interested in obtaining a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins with time release. I take only 1 tablet a day, either in the AM after breakfast, or the PM after lunch. I decide what time based on how I feel or anticipate the day. I have noticed that I have more energy when I take the vitamins than when I do not, and that energy level stays with me for at least 6 hours. My increase in energy level is not dramatic and I was not expecting it to be. But there is a noticeable difference in both my energy level and mental alertness. This will be a staple supplement for me and I highly recommend it not only for its energy and mental alertness effects, but the assurance that you are getting an adequate amount of a balanced blend of the activated forms of the B vitamins, especially the B12. Truly a quality product."

Pros: Real Energy! All over, All day, Energy. This puts a bounce in your step without a racing heartbeat or dry mouth. Cons: Noticed some constipation duting first week but was combined with NeuroBundle and cannot identify the exact cause.
"I am a 38 Yr. Old Male. 6' 230#. I ordered the Neuro Bundle which came with the Activated B w/SRT. The entire system works wonders! I have been using it for 5 weeks. As for the Activated B w/SRT, it provides real energy that last all day. I dont feel "high" or "doped up". There are no side effects like Ephedra or any other kind of speed. This seems to have changed my body somehow and even on the days I forget to take it, I still have a high energy level. It used to be that I felt tired all the time. I would get plenty of sleep and my job is not physical, but I still felt drained. I could sit on the couch and watch TV (usually falling asleep in front of it) and just let things around the house go. Now, with Activated B w/SRT (I take 2 a day) I actually sleep less, I haven't watched aimless TV in 5 weeks and I am not only able to tackle household chores....I WANT TO! I love this stuff! "Since I started the recommended blend for my complaints of fatigue, inability to concentrate and "foggy brain", I would say that most days I have enough energy and mental ability to do 12 hour nursing shifts. Before starting Essential Blend Amino Acids, Activated B w/ SRT and Magnesium w/ SRT, I dreaded going to work because I would get so tired and in the chaotic atmosphere of the hospital, I honestly could not think straight and organize my tasks. I just sort of ran around in a daze, terrifed of making medical errors. The blend that Jigsaw recommended has cleared up alot of my problems. I also have adult ADD and after having such great results with the 3 products , I am adding the Neuro Pack as recommended and I'm pretty hopeful that I won't have to go back on ADD prescription meds. These products have also helped, immensely, the fatigue and "foggy brain" associated with menopause. I feel like I have a personal health care provider here at Jigsaw. I received prompt and thorough guidance to my health questions. I have suffered from chronic fatigue and depression for years. "My sister is the reason I decided to try the Magnesium w/SRT. She and I have very similar health issues: High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Hypothyroid, Arthritis and IBS. "I used to take a B complex comprised of the inactive forms of vitamin B. It made my urine turn bright, BRIGHT yellow. I used to call this "nuclear urine." I take 1 Jigsaw Activated B in the morning and it almost never turns my urine yellow. (Maybe once a month.) This means that my body is absorbing and utilizing all the B vitamins.
I mostly use Activated B for energy throughout the day. (One doctor I know up in Washington says her regimen for healthy people like me is probiotics, magnesium, and B vitamins.) Since B vitamins play a big role in detoxification, especially of alcohol, I use Activated B to help stave off hangovers on Saturday mornings. (Yes, beer is my one remaining vice! ;-) It works 85% of the time. The other 15%, the couch becomes my good friend. :)"
