Pros: improved and sustained calm mood, fewer headaches Cons: none
"I take 2 in the morning and 1 at night. Has helped tremendously with mood stabilization (calmness) and reduced anxiety. Also migraines and other chronic headaches (which were significantly reduced with the Essential Daily Packs) have been further reduced. Works better than the anti-depressants I used to take without side effects."

Pros: Positive change in my mood: got back my joy in the litle things of life and the energy and concentration
"Been using the product for 3 months and I absolutely recommended! After the 1st 3 weeks a star noticing positive changes in my mood also my sleep improved a lot. Being dealing with panic attacks and minor depresion for over 6 months and ever since I star this product my depression is gone and have not had a single panic attack."

"Doctors had tried just about every anti-depressant on the market such as Lexapro, Wellbutrin etc. for my depression. None of them worked. I felt worse after taking them. I found Jigsaw through an internet search and gave it a try. It literally gave me back my life. Within two days I was smiling again and I feel like a whole new person. I cannot say enough about this product. This led me to try the Emotional Wellness Bundle and it' simply great. From where I was to where I am, it's a living miracle.
